True Balance Productions is a division of Educom Pty Ltd. Since 1992 Educom has been engaged in providing post graduate, continuing education programs, seminars and workshops for healthcare professionals in Australia.

In recent years, True Balance Productions has produced DVD exercise programs which have been sold through selected chiropractic clinics. True Balance productions currently researches, develops and produces home fitness programs that incorporate the latest exercise knowledge in a user friendly, high quality, yet affordable packages.

The products showcased on this website are produced and tested by healthcare professionals and experienced personal trainers.

Our experience has confirmed a truth that many people instinctively recognise – that optimum health and well-being is dependant on nurturing and balancing the physical, nutritional and emotional dimensions of life. Hence our name True Balance.

10 Minute Core Strength™ represents a section of the physical part of this triangle and ultimately we aim to produce DVD’s on all areas of wellness. In doing this, we will continue to apply our philosophy that these should be based on good science, be easily implemented and represent good value.
